Board of Directors Tim Angst - President Tim Angst is the Vice President Business Partner Relationships at LexisNexis, responsible for all non-direct, third party sales and service channels. Tim has 25+ years of sales and general management experience in the technology industry. Prior to LexisNexis, Tim held executive positions at KANA Software, Siebel Systems, General Electric and IBM. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management. Tim lives in Pleasanton with his wife and three children. Troy Van Sloten - Treasurer and Secretary Troy is the founder of Troy Van Sloten, CPA and Associates with offices in Pleasanton and Fremont. Troy grew up in Alameda, California and presently lives in Pleasanton. He and his wife Cherylyn have two children. Mike Connors Mike was born and raised in Sacramento, where his family has lived for six generations. He moved to Pleasanton in 1978. A graduate of Sacramento State University, Mike worked in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley for a number of years. He subsequently left his career in high technology to become a restaurateur. Since 1999, Mike has been the owner of Hap's Restaurant which is located in downtown Pleasanton. Mike and his wife, Paris, reside in Pleasanton with sons Matthew and Cade. Dana Dormann Dana resides in Pleasanton with her husband and two sons where she teaches golf. She played full-time on the L.P.G.A. tour for 11 years and is a multiple winner. She was the U.S.G.A. Junior Girls Champion, Junior World Champion, and named Junior Player of the Year by "Golf Magazine". Todd Fischer Todd has played golf professionally for the past 11 years and is currently on the PGA Tour. He has won many professional tournaments and has had several top ten finishes on the PGA Tour. Todd was raised in Pleasanton, California, where he and his wife Amy currently reside. Steven M. Gilmour Steve is the owner and founder of Leisure Sports Inc. located in Pleasanton, CA. He has led the acquisition, development, construction, and management of ten sports clubs and three hotels. Steve's creativity is the force behind the development of the fitness resort concept, the basis of the highly successful ClubSport and Renaissance ClubSport brands. Leisure Sports currently owns and operates fitness clubs and hotels in California, Nevada, and Oregon serving more than 54,000 members and employing more than 1200 people in Contra Costa and Alameda County, and over 1500 company wide. Alan Hyman Alan is Chairman of the Board of Fremont Bank. He is also President/Director of the San Francisco Council of the Boy Scouts of America and on the Holy Names College Board of Trustees. Born in Fremont, California, Alan now lives in Diablo, California. Dana Jetter Dana is a former PGA golf professional and the founder of the Tri-Valley First Tee. He is a partner in Jetter Golf, LLC, which operates both the Spring Valley Golf Course in Milpitas and the Pleasanton Golf Center. Raised in San Jose, California, Dana received his bachelors degree from San Jose State University and has made his home in Pleasanton with his wife Cathy, and their two children. Greg Jetter Greg is a partner in Jetter Golf, LLC, which operates Spring Valley Golf Course and Pleasanton Golf Center. As a Certified Class A Golf Course Superintendent, Greg has spent his career involved in golf course operations and development. After earning an economics degree from U.C. Santa Barbara in 1990, Greg moved to Pleasanton California were he currently resides with his wife Pam and their two sons. Layne Marceau Layne serves as President of Shea Homes Northern California Division. He was raised in Mission Viejo, California and lived there until relocating to Pleasanton with his wife Shelly and their four children. Kenneth C. Noonan Mr. Noonan is a Partner of Capital Planning Partners, LLC. He has had a successful 20-year corporate career with extensive experience in general management, business development, sales and marketing. He has played a vital role in many venture-backed and Fortune 500 companies where he held Executive Vice President, President and other senior management roles. Mr. Noonan earned a bachelor of science from Florida State University and an MBA from St. Mary's College of California in Moraga. He holds both securities registrations and insurance licenses (CA 0D83086). Mr. Noonan is a former Board member for Junior Achievement of the Bay Area. Jeff Richards Jeff Richards is a Partner with GGV Capital (www.ggvc.com), a $1B venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, CA. At GGV, Jeff leads investments in the Internet, Software and Mobile technology sectors across the US and China. Prior to joining GGV, Jeff was the Vice President of Digital Content Services at VeriSign Inc. Prior to VeriSign, Jeff was founder and CEO of R4GS, which was acquired by VeriSign. Earlier in his career, Jeff founded telecom software company QuantumShift and was a management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Jeff graduated from Dartmouth College and lives in Pleasanton with his wife and three daughters. Steven A. Rivera Steven is co-owner and CEO of Bayside Interiors, Inc. and Bayside Doors, Inc. Both entities are specialized sub-contractors providing a full range of commercial construction services throughout California. Steven has had a life-long passion for golf. One of his first jobs, at the age of 13, was at Sunol Valley Golf Course and he subsequently played golf collegiately for Chabot Junior College. Steven contiunes his involvement, participating in an assortment of tournaments both as an organizer and as a player. Steven is the proud father of a son who is a U.S. Marine and a daughter who is a senior in high school. Steven resides in Livermore with his wife and family. George Schmitt, Jr. George is the President and CEO of ReadyJetGo. A long time Pleasanton resident, George earned a degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary's College following his graduation from Foothill High School. George and his family have made their home in Pleasanton. David Spiller Dave joined the Pleasanton Police Department in 2002. He is a Captain, managing the Investigations Division and overseeing the investigative functions and case management. He was raised in Cupertino, California and currently resides in Livermore. Gary Storm Gary Storm is President, CEO and Founder of vCom Solutions, Inc. a telecom expense management firm that helps multi-site companies manage communication costs. In 2005 and 2006, vCom Solutions was recognized as being one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Prior to founding vCom Solutions, Gary was the President & CEO of Networld Communications and was instrumental in shaping Networld into one of the leading next generation voice and data equipment providers in the country. Gary has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. Gary is on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Northern California and the Board of COMPTEL. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley. Gary Vandeweghe Gary is an attorney in private practice in San Jose. He is a Past President of the Northern California Golf Association and the California Golf Association. He has won a number of amateur golf championships and has been active in NorCal golf circles for many years. His wife, Barbara, is also an outstanding golfer, and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the First Tee of Santa Clara Valley. Ron Vyse Ron Vyse is Vice President and Business Development Officer for Wells Fargo's Mt. Diablo Regional Commercial Banking Office in Concord. Ron earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Montana State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Ron has served in numerous civic and non-profit organizations in his community throughout his career. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce and the Tri-Valley Business Council. Prior to entering the banking industry, Ron spent three years as an assistant golf professional at Blackhawk Country Club. Ron and his wife Adrienne reside in Livermore. Philip Wente Phil is the President of Wente Land and Cattle Company and Vice Chairman of Wente Vineyards where he headed the operation, expansion and redevelopment of the Wente Family Estate vineyards and its land development programs. Phil is a leading advocate for the Livermore Valley and Arroyo Seco as winegrowing regions and is actively involved in land use and planning issues in the Livermore Valley. Phil is currently the Chairman of the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center and the Community College Foundation. He is also an active member of the Board of the Tri-Valley Business Council and the Alameda County Agricultural Advisory Committee. Like his grandfather, Ernest Wente, Phil pursued his love of viticulture at the University of California at Davis, graduating with a degree in agricultural science and management. Phil lives with his wife, Julie, and their daughters in the Livermore Valley home built by his grandfather early in the last century.
