Software, Siebel Systems, General Electric and IBM. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management. Tim lives in Pleasanton with his wife and three children. |

| Mike was born and raised in Sacramento, where his family has lived for six generations. He moved to Pleasanton in 1978. A graduate of Sacramento State University, Mike worked in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley for a number of years. He subsequently left his career in high technology to become a restaurateur. Since 1999, Mike has been the owner of Hap's Restaurant which is located in downtown Pleasanton. Mike and his wife, Paris, reside in Pleasanton with sons Matthew and Cade. |

Leisure Sports currently owns and operates fitness clubs and hotels in California, Nevada, and Oregon serving more than 54,000 members and employing more than 1200 people in Contra Costa and Alameda County, and over 1500 company wide. |

One of his first jobs, at the age of 13, was at Sunol Valley Golf Course and he subsequently played golf collegiately for Chabot Junior College. Steven contiunes his involvement, participating in an assortment of tournaments both as an organizer and as a player. Steven is the proud father of a son who is a U.S. Marine and a daughter who is a senior in high school. Steven resides in Livermore with his wife and family. |

| Phil is the President of Wente Land and Cattle Company and Vice Chairman of Wente Vineyards where he headed the operation, expansion and redevelopment of the Wente Family Estate vineyards and its land development programs. Phil is a leading advocate for the Livermore Valley and Arroyo Seco as winegrowing regions and is actively involved in land use and planning issues in the Livermore Valley. Phil is currently the Chairman of the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center and the Community College Foundation. He is also an active member of the Board of the Tri-Valley Business Council and the Alameda County Agricultural Advisory Committee. Like his grandfather, Ernest Wente, Phil pursued his love of viticulture at the University of California at Davis, graduating with a degree in agricultural science and management. Phil lives with his wife, Julie, and their daughters in the Livermore Valley home built by his grandfather early in the last century. |
