Life Skills Art Tile Mural
On June 6th more than 75 youth joined us atClubSport® in Pleasanton to create Core Value Tiles. Everyone enjoyed a day of painting, putting & and socializing. There will be another opportunity to create a tile on June 24th at the Pleasanton library. Send an e-mail to Terri at thefirstteetvterri@yahoo.com by June 20th. The purpose of this mural is to encourage ALL youth in our community to individually express their interpretation of the First Tee Nine Core Values - Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Judgment, Confidence, Courtesy, Respect, Responsibility and Perseverance. This creative youth mural will be installed at the 9-hole Pleasanton Golf Course in the summer and will serve as a continual reminder of the importance of LIFE SKILLS and making great choices every day! A ribbon-cutting celebration will take place in the Fall! Details of this celebration will be announced at a later date.
